it is the root of our name but also our passion: the search for beauty – not only aesthetic-in every aspect of our life.
And so in our continuous and tireless search for what is BEAUTY from emotions, we have landed in this magical land, where time and place merge together to give life to a reserve of uncontaminated nature, beauty and absolute serenity.
Kalios – the wonderful garden welcomed us and in the bright summer told us its story. For each plant for each tree we have a name and a fairy tale to tell you!

The Structure
Trulli Kalios is a villa comprising 5 wonderful cones consisting of 3 units: Il Trullo, La Lamia and The Dependance.
The buildings are immersed in the greenery of the property that houses an olive grove of 150 plants, Mediterranean scrub, ply pears, pomegranates, cherry trees, pears and two large walnuts.
The property is completed by the swimming pool surrounded by various relaxation dehors, sofabed for massages, stone seats where to organize evening parties and two large outdoor dining tables with a wood-burning oven and barbecue fireplace.

Il Trullo
The Trullo has 4 beds (a double bedroom and a sofa bed), a corner independent kitchen with two fires and fridge bar, working fireplace, bathroom with shower.
The Trullo dresses elements and ethnic and modern furnishing lights mixed in respect of tradition.
La Lamia
La Lamia has 3 beds (double bedroom and Montessori house sunbed), independent kitchen with 4 fires, oven, dishwasher and fridge, living room with dining table of 6 and a bathroom with shower. The apartment also has a washing machine.
They dress lamia elements of modernity and shabbi with the aim of making the apartment warm and functional and suitable for a family with children.
La Dependance
The Dependance consists of a single room with antique wrought iron bed and service bathroom.
